Package Timing
Every package begins from when the artist/s are required to be fully set up and ready to perform. Setup will take place in the hour prior to the package start time. Earlier setup times or later finish times are considered additional time and will need to be quoted accordingly.

Music Between Sets
Where packages do not include a DJ service, playlist music will be supplied by the artist/s during breaks as required. If you’d prefer your own playlist(s) to be used, you’re welcome to share links with us prior to the event.

Supplier Meals
The artist/s will require a supplier meal. Most venues offer discounted crew meals, so please check with your venue directly. This is in addition to the quoted fee. We’ll advise of any dietary requirements prior to the event.

Travel
We’re happy to travel! Travel costs are calculated based on fuel, vehicle use, travel time, and overnight accommodation where required (typically for bookings more than 2 hours from the artist/s). As long as we’re aware of the venue location upfront, travel costs will be included in the quote.

Speech Microphone
A complimentary microphone for speeches is included in every package. Please let us know before the event so we can ensure we come prepared.

Guest Participation
If a guest would like to sing or perform with the band, we’ll only agree where this has been discussed in advance, or where we know this is something you would like. We absolutely encourage participation throughout the night where appropriate, but we also need to maintain control of the performance area for the safety of equipment and to ensure the entertainment remains at its best.

Music Requests & Setlists
As part of the planning process, we’ll work through a music brief so we understand what you love – and what you don’t. Please note that artist/s will not work from fully pre-written setlists, as flexibility and live decision-making are an important part of a successful performance. We absolutely want the music to feel like ‘you’, and all requests are taken into account. Some clients prefer to leave the music entirely in our hands, and we’re very happy to take the reins.

Deposits & Date Changes
Once the deposit has been paid as per the quote, it becomes non-refundable should your circumstances change. If your event date changes and there is more than one month’s notice, we can usually facilitate a transfer for a nominal rebooking fee, pending availability.

Final Payment
The final balance is due one week prior to the event date. An invoice reminder will be emailed ahead of time.

Performance Area Requirements
For private property events, artist/s require a flat, level surface to perform on. Unfortunately, performances cannot take place directly on bare grass, gravel, or cobbled stone. Rugs, mats, or tarps can help where suitable. As a guide, a soloist/DJ setup requires approximately 2m x 3m, while a 4 or 5 piece band requires around 3m x 6m.

Wet Weather Backup Plan
In the case of inclement weather, a suitable backup weather plan is essential. Artist/s and their equipment cannot get wet or damp, including from rain blowing into the front of a marquee. If you have any doubts about the suitability of the cover provided, please contact us in advance. Artist/s reserve the right to decline to perform where adequate protection is not available.

Artist Allocation
As an experienced network of professional musicians and entertainers, artist/s are carefully matched to suit the requirements of your event. Requests for specific artist/s may incur an additional fee, as it reduces the flexibility within their calendar availability, which is part of how we’re able to provide exceptional artists at a reasonable cost.

Run Sheet Changes & Overtime
If the agreed event timeline shifts on the day, we’ll always do our best to remain flexible and go with the flow. However, if there is not enough time remaining within the booked 5-hour period to complete all scheduled sets, we’ll fit in as much as possible. Artist/s cannot continue beyond the agreed booking period unless arranged in advance or paid for on the night.
